Based on the MT Framework engine, Marvel vs Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds "uses a simplified, three-button control scheme of undefined low, medium, and high attacks modeled after Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Ultimate All-Stars, which Capcom believes will 'knock down the wall of complicated controls and open up the field of strategic fighting to all comers'".

The new Gran Turismo 5 trailer from E3 2010 basically "gives us a glimpse at three of the most hotly talked about features of the game - damage rendering, night races and the Top Gear test track."

During Sony's E3 press conferenceyesterday, SCEA announced that "Twisted Metal would be hitting the PlayStation 3 exclusively next year, and proceeded to show the audience a first glimpse at the pre-alpha gameplay."

It may be smaller, more shiny, and cost the same, but the new Xbox 360's main draw is its built-in 802.11n Wi-Fi capability, not found in its predecessors. Plus, the unit now features a 250GB HDD standard. The updated console should hit stores later this week.

With the launch just 46-days away, the first StarCraft 2 commercial has finally been released, and was shown during the NBA Finals last night. One major addition to the map-making community "is going to be the StarCraft II Marketplace where high quality maps will be sold for a small fee as "premium maps" over Battle.net."

Released ahead of E3 2010 (June 15-17), this gameplay clip gives us a look at what to expect in Crysis 2 -- "shown in-action at GTTV where Crytek developersdemoed the console version of the game."

Currently being developed by Treyarch, Call of duty: Black Ops -- the 7th installment -- is set in Vietnam and will be released on November 9th, 2010. Watch the world premiere uncut trailer.

Team Portress 2 is basically a modification that combines gameplay elements of both Team Fortress 2 and Portal. Here's one example: "there's a timer for each portal, instituted in order to keep players from being stuck in perpetual loops."

 

Steam for Mac is finally being released today, and "the first collection of Mac titles will demonstrate Steam Play, which allows customers to purchase a game once and play it on all Steam supported platforms."
